Sounds sort of like a Balkans rifle with the scrubbing and missing cleaning rod. They have been going in the $250 range at shows even without the cleaning rod ($60+if you can find one) and scrubbed....

$250 is about what I was thinking.  Given that a run-of-the-mill 91/30 wholesales for $130 and retails for $170-200, anything more unique should bring a little more.  Granted, not a serious collector...
